「国際環境政策」説明（for Japanese Students）

• 本講義は、大学院工学系研究科環境海洋工学専攻における地球環境コースの認定科目（２単位）で、英語で行われます。

• 成績評価は出席半分、レポート半分の重みで行います。
  • 毎回の講義に対して講義終了時にアンケート用紙を提出して出席１回とみなされます。
    • このアンケートは日本語で書いてもかまいませんが、極力英語で表現するようにしてください。
    • アンケートに質問を書いている人がいますが、オムニバス講義なので回答するチャンスがありません。回答が必要な質問は高橋教官宛にメールで送って下さい。
  • 講師ごとにレポート課題が出されますので、その中から２つを選んで２００６年７月２５日（火）までに環境海洋工学専攻事務室に提出してください。
    • 各レポートはＡ４用紙で３ページ以上。言語は日本語でも英語でも構いません。詳しくはアンケート用紙を見てください。
    • 各講師から、レポート課題（７月２５日締切）以外に宿題（各講師の次の講義までに提出）が出されることがありますが、その指摘事項を補足してレポート課題とすることもできます。ただし、その場合には必ずそのことを明記して再度提出して下さい（どの宿題で採点して良いかがわかりませんので）。

• 講義スケジュール、講義で使用した資料、各講師のレポート課題は下の表を見てください。
  • アンケートに、使用するスライドを事前にアップロードしてもらえないかという要望があります。できる限りそのようにしていきたいとは思いますが、日々ダイナミックに情勢の変化する環境・エネルギー問題において古い資料はどんどん価値が無くなってしまうため、各講師ともできるだけ最新の情報を伝えようとしていることも理解して下さい。
  • なお、昨年度までのHP上に講義資料を残しておきますので、参考にして下さい。

Contents of "Global Environmental Policy"

• Assessment: attendance 50%, report 50% (see questionnaire)
  • To get the credits from this lecture series, you need to submit two reports of the homework subjects to the post set in front of the administration office (1st floor) in Building 3 by 25th July, 2006.
    • Each report must be more than three pages of A4 size paper without a cover sheet.
    • Each report needs the information of your ID number, name, department, subjects and a lecturer’s name. You must write this information at the upper part of the first page of each report.
• Keywords: Global Environments, Environmental Technology, Policy Making
• Objectives:
  • This class is one of the required course for the Joint Program "Greenhouse Gas Mitigation" with the University of Sydney, Australia.
  • Energy and resource are limited, and some global environmental crises are predicted by IPPC. This omnibus lecture series will explain why and how to make the policy for global environmental and energy issues, and what kinds of technologies are expected to solve them.
  • Concerning the environmental and energy issues, advanced researches conducted in Department of Environmental and Ocean Engineering will be introduced.
• Outcomes: Students will be able to get the following information systematically;
  • Current topics concerning global environmental and energy issues,
  • How to make the world and national policy,
  • Environmental technologies and their role in the policy,
  • Advanced environmental researches.
